If your technical needs require more hands-on attention, MSpace offers onsite troubleshooting support from skilled technicians who can eliminate recurring problems. Permanent onsite system management support with 1 to 3-year options are also available to ensure optimal performance of your systems.
The MSpace Help Desk can be just one click away. The MSpace Room Control App and other room control systems can be equipped with MSpace Connect – your direct pipeline to the wealth of knowledge of our Help Desk team and the systems they have at their disposal. When you press the MSpace Connect Help Button our team immediately knows where you’re calling from and which technologies and systems are in use in your space. Enabled with this additional information about the specifics of your MSpace, our Help Desk team can more quickly diagnose a course of action to resolve any challenge.
