The Situation
NVP had three floors of office space that needed to collaborate seamlessly, as well as the need to assist outside guest with their business communication. NVP wanted the latest in quality technology paired with the professionalism and functionality of a conference room. To compliment these business requirements, M:Space engineered a design-build application for a re-model build out. Four rooms were built to high-end custom specifications. Two rooms were presentation-only. Two rooms were fully integrated videoconferencing and presentation mixed applications. The integrated environments were designed to make the technology easy to use and create a seamless interface that matched the layouts of their existing conference rooms.

The Solution
MSpace designed four conference rooms that were aesthetically elegant and technology rich, allowing NVP to both support and service internal employees, as well as provide quality communication applications for external business coming in to utilize their multi-media environments. Providing additional quality integrated environments gives NVP the capability to schedule more meetings simultaneously, as well as have more rooms for ad-hoc uses. The functionality of these environments include more bandwidth for VTC, High Definition images, large bright LCD screens coupled with state-of-the-art aesthetics creating the highest level of quality in videoconferencing.
